2025 Holiday Bazaar & Crafter’s Market

Thank you for your interest in participating in our 2025 annual Holiday Bazaar benefiting Seattle Children’s Hospital. All proceeds from your vendor table fees and our Auxiliary’s own tables all go to support Uncompensated Care and Pediatric Cancer Research programs at Seattle Children’s Hospital.

Holiday Bazaar & Crafter’s Market

Friday, November 7th and Saturday, November 8th from 10am-4pm.

Bazaar set up times: Thursday, November 6th from 1pm-5pm and Friday, November 7th from 8:30am-10am.

All vendors must be artisans, no commercial sales or manufactured jewerly sales are permitted. We welcome licensed food items of homemade jams, honey, candy & spices to be sold. Backdrops or displays are welcome; however, nothing may be affixed to the walls or floors.

Door prizes are drawn throughout the day, donated by our Auxiliary and by vendors. We ask each vendor to provide at least one item for door prize drawings. Please bring these to set up and be sure to include a business card with your item(s). Vendors will be given tickets to patriciate in the door prize drawings.

Table options –

One 5×8 table space – you bring your own table (for both days) $80

One 5×5 round table space – we provide you a 5×5 table (for both days) $85

Two 5×8 table spaces – you bring your own tables (for both days) $140

Two 5×5 round table spaces – we provide 2 5×5 tables (for both days) $145

Deposit $50 – remaining balance is due by October 1, 2025 to guarantee your vendor space.

We have limited availability for electrical plug-ins (you provide power strip) and only the 5×8 table spaces have access to an electrical outlet.
